Post Prom permission form update & additional form:

We’ve received an extended due date for our sweatpants orders. Yesterday, we handed out the permission forms stating the kids need to return them to Trudy by Monday, April 3rd.  We now can give the kids until Wednesday, April 12th to turn those forms in. Also included in this e-mail is a release form for Bubble Balls (one of the activities available to the kids at Post Prom). If a student wants to participate in Bubble Balls and they are under 18, both the student AND their parent/guardian need to sign this form and return it with the permission slip by Wednesday, April 12th. If they are over 18, they still need to sign the release form but a parent/guardian does not. Please note that guests the GM kids bring with to Post Prom also need to fill out both of these forms prior to April 12th.
