Town Hall Meeting/Best Mascot in SE MN

Town Hall Meeting:

Below is a message from Rep. Jeanne Poppe.  If you would like to share your thoughts, ideas and get some current information on what the legislature has been working on, please consider going to one of these meetings.

Greetings,

I hope you all had a refreshing Easter weekend. I'll be holding three town hall meetings on Saturday, April 22. The locations and times are below:

8:15 a.m. – LeRoy Community Center: Senior Room, 204 W Main St, LeRoy, MN, 55951

9:45 a.m. – Grand Meadow Community Center, 116 Grand Ave E, Grand Meadow, MN, 55936

11:15 a.m. – Mower County Senior Center Coffee Shop, 400 3rd Ave NE, Austin, MN, 55912

The town hall meetings are open to the public, so I look forward to seeing you there and hearing any questions or concerns you may have.

At the Capitol this week, conference committees will be named to negotiate the final versions of the omnibus bills passed before the legislative break. A lot hinges on the negotiations and hopefully the result will be bills Gov. Dayton can sign that will have a positive impact on all Minnesotans.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions and I look forward to seeing you at my town hall meetings this weekend.

Sincerely,

Jeanne Poppe

Best Mascot in SE MN:

Here is a little fun activity for  GM fans to get involved in.  KROC radio is having an on-line survey to see which school has the best mascot.  Let's share this link with all of the Superlark faithful and let people know how proud we all are of our Superlark Mascot.  We are currently in 11th place. The winner will be revealed on May 1st.  Let's get this link shared through all of our Social Media connections and let SE MN know what a great mascot we have.
