Welcome to Kindergarten!
My name is Stephanie Fingerson and I am one of the Kindergarten teachers here at Grand Meadow. This is my 6th year teaching and my first year teaching Kindergarten at Grand Meadow. Previously, I have taught in Rochester at Elton Hills Elementary School as a 4th grade teacher for one year, then taught at Chatfield Elementary School as a 5th grade teacher for one year, then went to Caledonia Elementary School and taught Kindergarten for three years, and now I am in Grand Meadow. I am from Rochester, MN but currently live in Stewartville, MN. My parents live in Rochester. I also have a half sister (Nichole) who lives in Seabrook, TX with her son (Maddox) who is 12 years old. Nichole's daughter (Anne-Marie) lives there as well, and she is starting her first year as a Kindergarten teacher at Dickenson, TX and is 22 years old following in my footsteps! I graduated from Dover-Eyota High School in 2015, obtained my Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from RCTC, and received my Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Elementary Education from Winona State University-Rochester in 2018 and 2019.
