Hi, my name is Tera Schmitt and I'm looking forward to teaching you this year!  I have been working at Grand Meadow School for 5 years and this is my first year teaching Special Education.

A little about me, my husband Jason and I have been married for 12 years and we have 4 girls!  Lennon-11, Rayne-9, McCartnie-7, and Orion-5.  We are a family who loves puzzles, Lego, coloring, and camping!  

I have over 27 years experience working with and teaching children.  I have my B.A. from Augsburg College in Educational Studies (with emphasis in education), and am currently attending the University of St. Thomas to complete my teaching license.

My goal this year is to support my students and families by providing them with the tools they need to succeed while also creating a fun learning environment to help them meet and exceed their learning goals

I am excited to get this year started and make some memories!.
