Jessie Christian - Band Director and General Music Teacher

My name is Jessie Christian and this is my ninth year of teaching band and general music here in Grand Meadow. I look forward to working with all of my 3rd and 4th grade music students, as well as my 5th, 6th, middle school and high school band students. Previously I was the director of athletic bands at my alma mater, Winona State University. I also taught private music lessons at my studio in Winona. I graduated from WSU in 2014 with a Bachelors degree in instrumental music education and a jazz studies minor. When I am not teaching I love spending time with my family, laying in my hammock and hammock camping under a tarp, spending time outdoors, hiking, playing board and card games, reading, and practicing my instruments.
