Welcome to Mr. Stettler's Website!

Welcome! My name is Seth Stettler, and this will be my Fourth year teaching at Grand Meadow Schools! I am very excited to be teaching 8^th grade Physical Science, 9^th grade Earth Science, and 11^th & 12^th grade Advanced Biology! I am looking forward to being in the school again this year and getting to know students!

About Me

I grew up in Eyota which is about 10 miles east of Rochester. There, I graduated from Dover-Eyota High School in 2016, and after high school, I attended the University of Minnesota-Duluth. In May of 2021, I graduated from UMD with a degree in Teaching Life Science (5-12). In my time at UMD I played lots of intramural sports, spent many days exploring all the outdoor activities Duluth has to offer, and was also involved in starting up the UMD Sailing Club.

In my free time I love to be outside. During the warm months I spend a lot of time playing disc golf, fishing, hunting, hiking, camping, and playing golf. During the winter months I love to ski, both downhill and cross-country, as well as ice skate, and ice fish.

This summer my wife and I had an exciting addition to our family as we welcomed our first child Wesley.

I am very excited to continue teaching in the area I grew up in, and I can't wait to get to know you all!
