- Optional Summer practice will be the following dates on Monday evenings from 6:30-7:30pm:
- This is an opportunity for the team to run together and then we typically have a fun team building or activity for them following practice.

- Monday, July 8th - Adams City Park
- Monday, July 15th - LeRoy City Park Trail Head
- Monday, July 22nd - Grand Meadow Meet by the track
