Some background about me.....

I was born and raised on a family farm near St. Cloud, MN with my six brothers and one sister. I graduated from Rocori High School in Cold Spring, MN and then attended North Dakota State University in Fargo, ND where I earned my teaching degree in Social Studies and Physical Education. My first teaching job was in Caledonia, MN in 1995. I taught in Caledonia for two years until I got married to my husband, Jeremi. In 1997, I took a teaching job with Austin Public Schools and taught there for 16 years.  During that time, I also earned my Masters Degree in Educational Leadership. After 16 years in Austin, I was ready for a change, so I decided to take a teaching job in Grand Meadow.  This will be my 12th year as a Superlark. Over the years, I have coached numerous sports including volleyball, cross country, basketball, and track and field.

I am married to Jeremi and we have three children. Jordyn is currently living and working in the Twin Cities, Taylor is in his third year at Bethel University, and Carter is in 11th grade.

I'm really looking forward to another great year of teaching in Grand Meadow!
